We specialize in larger property settings dealing with infrastructure, our homes are all very energy efficient with full foam encapsulation and are energy star rated. A soils test is done with every one of our homes and the slab is engineered accordingly. Some of our homes are designed with a walk-out basement to accommodate the lay of the land. Our homes come with a 10-year structural warranty and a two-year systems warranty; we have you covered! John and his team make it incredibly simple to keep your home the way it was at move-in.

The elevation and plans are where your journey begins! Our amazing Architect, Mike Buttler at Midtown Architect is the best for the job! He will start by asking you how you want to live, and how we can make your home accommodate YOU. We know that square footage is cost, so we will guide you in each decision and help you think of the things coming you might not know yet. Mikes process is simple and efficient leaving no room for confusion or uncertainty.
Here is a sneak peak of the process –
Design Meeting – Meet in person to go over your thoughts, wishes, needs and wants. Style etc. Mike can also meet you on your lot before or after.
Phase I – Conceptual Front Elevation and Floor Plan
Phase II – Floor Plan, Front and Rear Elevations as well as both side elevations and roof. Noble will do preliminary pricing.
Phase III – Once you meet with Noble and make your final adjustments they send over the redlines, we implement those and move into Construction Documents and note/ dimension the entire plan and give you a conceptual electrical plan as well.

On the outside and inside of your home, you will find the most high-performance window and doors exceeding industry standards. We use our trusted vendor Grand Openings for the best quality. Our homes also have smart home technology to elevate your day-to-day lifestyle. We will help you set up appointments with each vendor to assure you’re getting the most out of your home building experience.

Our in-house design team has formed strong relationships with the industry’s most trusted and high-quality vendors, making the selection process seamless and enjoyable. From your very first appointments for hardware, appliances, doors, and windows, our designers will guide you every step of the way.
