Our Story

When we decided to build our custom home, we wanted more than just a house—we wanted a space that truly reflected who we are. From the very first meeting, John and Mandy listened to our ideas and guided us through every step with patience and expertise. They turned our vision into a home we love, with craftsmanship and attention to detail that exceeded our expectations.

Building our first custom home was much crazier than we thought it would be, despite the ridiculous amount of research we did beforehand.

We selected Noble Custom Homes because we do our homework. When we moved from Metro Boston to the Dallas area, I picked the top 5 builders in the area because we value quality, integrity, timeliness, and attention to detail. I called each before daylight on a Saturday morning on a holiday weekend to see who could fit that bill.

There was no contest on which builder is the best.

The Dream Home Gets Better! Betsey and I built our dream home back in 2010. It has been all that and more. So when we decided to add a garage and a game room, it had to be perfect. We chose Noble Classic Homes for our project. The new addition had to look like it had always been there. There were various specifications that had to be exact for our golf simulator to fit. Betsey is a bit of an artist, so colors, patterns, and woodwork were important.

Construction was going on during the Covid Supply Shortages. Slowly but surely, it all came together! Noble was a great partner at finding alternatives when something wasn’t available.

We now have our addition, and we couldn’t be more pleased. Thank you, Noble Homes.

The entire Noble team stood by us every step of the way, navigating the ups and downs with grace, skill, and a true commitment to excellence. Thanks to them, we now live in the dream home we’ve always hoped for—and we couldn’t be more grateful.

Lucie , my wife, and I strongly recommend the use of Noble to build your home! We have had a spectacular experience, which is amazing considering we built our house in 2022-23, perhaps the worst time in generations to build a home from a cost and supplier availability perspective.

Lucie and I interviewed several DFW builders, but also importantly talked to people who had built with Noble. Promises by a builder before a build vs feedback after a build by actual homeowners are often very different. With Noble, the feedback we received was uniformly and uniquely positive.

Working with an experienced but smaller builder was ideal for us as Noble partnered with us to make sure our desires and expectations were their priority.
